Who is Cait, any way?

Holistic healing + psychospirituality are native languages to me, and serving coaches through my direct response copywriting skillset has been my focus since 2021.Though my story within these realms goes way back, holistic health and psychospirituality became true lifelines when I packed my bags and moved to Philadelphia by myself in 2018.Who knew solo relocation would lead to a profound feeling of uprootedness? Not younger me.At the time, I craved new beginnings, yet in retrospect, I was running away from myself, trying to become a new person by dropping everything & going somewhere new.In the white noise of 2020 (St. Rona era), I dove into topics like psychoneuroimmunology, lifestyle medicine, self-concept work, hypnosis, somatics, and polyvagal theory.My explorations led to a deep inquiry into the nature of medicine, the role of psychospirituality in health, drama triangle dynamics, reality creation principles, and more.I experienced so much alchemy through the help of talented coaches & practitioners that I felt called to create an offering to support them.And as an Enneagram Social 5, 1/4 Emotional Manifesting Generator, & Virgo Sun, there's nothing more grounding, healing, or fulfilling than expanding my horizons through information, service, & wisdom.
